Your occasion is personal to you - and we’re here to make sure it’s just as you want it. Our event team is on-hand to help you navigate event planning and to advise you on the best space, catering and design for your event. 

Please note: Birthday parties will be temporarily suspended until March/April. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The foundation stone of our oldest building was laid in 1823, and our spaces have grown with our community ever since. Now a mix of historic and contemporary venues, we have something to suit every event, budget and occasion, alongside a dedicated event team who bring knowledge, enthusiasm and imagination to event planning.

How do I confirm a booking?
Just let us know you want to go ahead and that’s you confirmed. We’ll then give you a contract to sign which we’ll need back within two weeks. We’ll also need a deposit from you to secure the booking, then you’re good to go!

Can I provisionally book a date for a venue at AccessEA?
Yes, that’s no problem. We’re always happy to provisionally hold space at the venue while you make decisions. Generally this will be for a week or two, but we might be able to stretch to longer, it depends on what you need. Just talk to one of the team and we can negotiate!

Can I book a viewing at the venue?
